Are Arata products truly natural and chemical-free?

Yes, our products are formulated with 100% nature-derived ingredients. We strictly avoid sulfates, parabens, silicones, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances to ensure the safest care for your skin and hair.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not. Arata is a PETA-certified cruelty-free and vegan brand. We never test our formulations or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our support team or use the 'Cancel' button in your account dashboard.
