At Arata, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Arata account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all safety seals to qualify for a full refund.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
